How sync works
Plain version — no protocol cosplay.
- You connect an account OAuth with Microsoft Graph for Outlook and Microsoft 365, or IMAP/SMTP for Gmail and other providers that speak standard mail.
- Synesis pulls what changed Background sync fetches new mail, flag updates, and folder moves. Everything lands in your local SQLite database — that's what the UI reads.
- You read and act locally Search, scroll, archive, draft — all against on-device data. When you send or move something, Synesis talks to your provider directly; LiveBytes never sits in the middle holding copies.
